Live Plants FAQ

How do I order live plants?
Live plants can be purchased in our store the same as any other product, but may take longer to ship out depending on the date of your order. If you've ordered additional items, these will ship out together. If you do not want to wait for your other items, please make two separate orders with the live plants in their own cart.
All live plant orders are shipped out via express shipping. You MUST choose this option at checkout, but be aware that any additional products you add may incur additional shipping fees, especially if they are heavy or bulky.
Why are live plants shipped out twice a month?
Due to the nature of the product, we did not want to risk leaving plants sitting in our hot warehouse for weeks on end. To ensure that you receive the freshest and most vibrant live plants, we have opted to use a made-to-order model. This means that we order the exact amount of live plants that customers have requested, reducing waste and the chances of spoiling a fragile product.
Our run times are the 1st and 15th day of every month. Please ensure you are aware of our schedule before ordering. Depending on the date of your initial order, it may take up to 2 weeks to receive your live plants.
How are they packaged?
Our live plants are packaged in bags, then placed in a box with biofill bubbles for extra care and safety. All live plant packages are non-tracked.
Where do you ship to?
Unfortunately we cannot ship live plants to Western Australia or Tasmania due to import rules. All live plant orders from these locations will be refunded. All other states and territories do not have these restrictions and so we can ship to them freely.
How long will it take for me to receive my live plants?
The maximum wait time for your live plants to be delivered is 2 weeks. If you have waited longer than this, please contact us at:

SHIPPING TIMELINE
On a regular day, this is the breakdown of your live plant order.
- Order live plants through our website as normal
- We will order our stock on the 1st or 15th day of the month. If you ordered on the 7th for example, your live plant order will be dispatched within a week and a half.
- The fresh live plants arrive at our warehouse a few days after the 1st or 15th and are shipped out to all customers immediately.
- Normal dispatching times apply, and your live plants will be at your door within 3-4 business days.
