Extended Warranty
When you purchase an eligible product from us, sometimes the manufacturer includes their own warranty on purchase. This can range from anywhere between 1 year to 5+ years.
Sometimes customers want to extend that warranty, and we are able to provide that service on selected products for an additional cost. Learn more about how it works on this page.
Your guarantee can be extended by a further 2 years upon checkout of applicable products (such as canister filters and tanks). This is FREE and automatically included in your order when you purchase an eligible item. The value of the warranty is $25, the cost to you of which is waivered.
If you do not see an extended warranty option, that product is not eligible for extended warranty.
The benefits given to the purchaser by the manufacturers guarantee are in addition to all other rights and remedies which the purchaser has in respect of the equipment under the legislation of the appropriate country of purchase.
Most canister filters, tanks and light units are eligible for extended warranty, up to 2 years. The extended warranty will be automatically added to your cart for free when you add an eligible product to your cart. Extended warranty must be made at time of purchase. If you have already purchased an eligible product and want to add extended warranty, contact us within 14 days.
