Once you receive your new canister filter and get it up and running, send us your old canister filter and we will give you a $20 voucher for it! It's as simple as that.

We don't care how dirty it is or even if it works - you'll receive your $20 voucher straight into your online account to use on anything in our store. Any canister filter is eligible, whether you purchased it from us or not, but this unique deal is only available to those who buy their new canister filter from us.

If you're in the Adelaide area, you can also drop off your old canister filter at our Edwardstown warehouse!

 

Before sending your old canister filter off, please ensure the following:

  • You have an online account with us. To create one, simply click on the account login details at the top of the webpage.
  • The filter is dried. We will not accept wet parcels.
  • The Filter Buy Back Form has been printed, filled out, and included in the parcel.

 

Vouchers will be added to your online account within 72 hours.
