DIMMING

EASY LAMP CHANGE

Our products are designed to aid hassle-free lamp replacements, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted lighting experience for your reptiles. A brand new IP65 lamp holder system has been created which simply makes lamp changes easy, reduces accidental breakages and speeds up the process. 

BATTERY BACKUP

LumenIZE® enabled devices have been fitted with an internal memory back-up battery. If a power cut occurs the battery will keep the internal memory and clock working. When power is restored to the lamp, it will then turn back on at the right position and time. This battery is replaceable

ProT5 is tried and tested as a product and the LumenIZE® upgrade simply brings it to life. Updated electronics, updated reflector angles, increased water resistance to the IP65 standard, full App control via the LumenIZE® app and a new easy change locking lamp change process. Whats more, the programme that you set for your species is stored within the ProT5 itself and not your phone. This means that the lighting will simply carry on running through its cycles until you decide to change them.

This optimised system also has a battery back up, if your house has a power failure the programme will carry on running and the lamp will go right back on at the right position when power is restored.

Provide the UV Index that your species needs and know that the LumenIZE® enabled ProT5 will not only deliver midday values in a safe and measured way, as always, but that it will run smoothly through the sunrise and sunset that your animal requires.    

The new easy change lampholder will decrease lamp fitting time but also decrease accidental lamp damage.   

Use the average output charts per % of UV-B lamp to see at a glance the average quantity of measured energy found per lamp wattage and % of UV-B at distance and of course per % of output. For those keepers with SolarMeter 6.5 UV Index meters, you can even use LumenIZE® enabled ProT5 to fine tune UV Index values per basking zone.

Provide a sense of the seasons! Not only will ProT5 with LumenIZE® provide gentle sunrise and sunset cycles, but you can also easily update your programming to include seasonal increases and decreases in energy. This is a far more natural and safe lead into the winter slowdown and spring wake up.  

Control multiple lamps and use linking! Link cables are available as an optional extra for LumenIZE® product, but just as with ProT5 and LED Bar, the LumenIZE® enabled update allows for linking between ProT5 and LED Bar and the App can support up to 50 different lamps per device, each with its own programme.

A lot of industries have been effected by the spread of Coronavirus worldwide and sadly we have not been an exception.
While we are packing and sending out your orders as usual, the demands on Australia Post due to isolation and online shopping are beyond anything experienced before.
 
During this time and to speed up the delivery of your packages Australia Post have taken the initiative to no longer scan barcodes for tracking. However, even with this initiative there are still significant delays to both express and regular post of up to 21 days. 
 
We appreciate your patience during these trying times and understand the frustration of delays, being a small Australian business we are incredibly grateful for your support.

Due to the nature of the parts that we have available, it is difficult to calculate some shipping prices (as your order combinations vary). THE ULTIMATE RETURN POLICY

At Aquarium Spare Parts we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with the items that you receive. We do this by providing as much detailed and accurate information about the products that you are purchasing. We want you to love what you have ordered. If something isn’t quite right or if you’re not satisfied with the items that you have received, we want you to let us know. We encourage you to do this as soon as possible. 

It is our intention to ensure you are satisfied with your entire online experience. 

If you find you are not satisfied with an item that you have received, you are welcome to return it to us. We accept returns within 365 days of purchase when the item is in its original condition, with packaging & labels, unopened and unused. This does not include food or any other perishable items.

All returns within the 365 day period are required to include your receipt. Once we have received and accepted the returned item, a credit will be issued. Shipping or return shipping prices are not included in the refunded price.

You need to include the Returns & Exchange form, along with the item(s) you are returning in their original condition and any packaging that came with it. Please note that whilst individual packaging can be opened, the box or container must not be ripped, damaged or the seals removed in order to be eligible for a refund, exchange or credit. 

FAULTY/DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Where items are found to be faulty or damaged, a replacement item will be sent to you at our cost. Claims need to be made within 7 days of receiving the product.  If you do not wish to have a replacement item sent, we are more than happy to provide you with a refund. Please return the item to:
