WHAT IS aquaTRADE?

aquaTRADE is our solution to supporting local aquarium businesses within Australia. Our service makes your experience shopping at Aquarium Spare Parts easier, simpler, faster and cheaper. Save on your regular business costs with between 5% to 18% off all products in our range, including other benefits in the future.

HOW DOES aquaTRADE WORK?

If your business is eligible for our aquaTRADE program, you will receive a special marker on your Aquarium Spare Parts account that applies varied discounts across all products in our store. Trade customers can also receive their own sales independent of regular customers, and receive news on new arrivals and special releases before the public. Bulk orders and product requests can also be made.

Businesses within aquaTRADE will also be publicly added to our Directory, which is a perfect way for customers to get in touch with local aquarium businesses in their area. If you do not want to be added to this list, please let us know.

AM I ELIGIBLE?

Your business is considered eligible if it falls under the following criteria:

  1. You have a registered ABN
  2. Your customer base is largely within Australia
  3. You are in the aquarium/reptile/pond/pet industry

DID YOU KNOW?

We also supply zoos, universities and schools across Australia. If your institution isn't using aquaTRADE, reach out to us today.

WHAT TO DO

Please email the filled out form to customerservice@aquariumspareparts.com.au with the title "aquaTRADE Application" and we will process your request within 7 days.
You can also print the form and mail it back to us at 24 Conmurra Avenue, Edwardstown, Adelaide SA 5039 if you wish.
