PRICE MATCHING
Aquarium Spare Parts will be offering price matching on ALL products to Australian customers. This offer is valid with any local pet store or online store.
Step 1.
Send an email to customerservice@aquariumspareparts.com.au with the details of the lower price, including images and links where possible.
Step 2.
Once approved and our terms and conditions are met, we'll match the price provided. You'll receive a unique discount code to use along with your next online order at our store for the advertised product/s.
What is included?
- The everyday or promotional price of any identical product stocked at Aquarium Spare Parts.
- The lower price is from an Australian physical or online competitor (ie. a “.com.au” domain).
- The competitor has the identical product in stock.
What is excluded?
- Cash-back, gift vouchers and bundled offers.
- AfterPay payments
- Commercial quantities and pricing.
- Liquidations, clearance and end of range stock.
- Short-dated or damaged stock.
- Products advertised on marketplace, auction or classifieds websites.
- Freight or shipping costs are not included; offer is based on product display price only.
- Prices that are below our cost price.
Aquarium Spare Parts reserves the right to limit the quantity of products available for price-matching at its discretion.
