During these times of uncertainty around stock levels, we wanted to do our part to ensure your finned and scaled friends are taken care of. This is why we’ve introduced the In Stock Guarantee. This allows you peace of mind knowing that the products you require over the next 3 months will be available to you at any time. We will allow up to $100 worth of products to be held per person at our warehouse, for you to purchase any time within the next 90 days (starting from the purchase of the $10 In Stock Guarantee Gift Card). Below is a breakdown of how our In Stock Guarantee works.
How It Works:
- Purchase the $10 In Stock Guarantee Gift Card
- Choose up to $100 worth of products of your choice to be reserved at our warehouse for you. These products will be removed from sale and allocated to you for purchase when you are ready. This can include food, filter media, spare parts and more.
- Once you have compiled your shopping list, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your list and we will organise it for you. You do not need to put these items in your shopping cart, just let us know what the items are.
- We will confirm your order within 24 hours and hold your products for up to 90 days. Please note that if 91 days have passed without redemption, your products will be put back on sale and the reserve will be invalid.
- When you are ready to place your order, send us an email to organise payment and delivery.
- The $10 In Stock Guarantee Gift Card will go towards your final purchase i.e. $100 worth of products will be a $90 payment.
- Please note that the $10 In Stock Guarantee Gift Card is non-refundable. If your gift card is unclaimed after 91 days, the money will be donated to Adelaide Zoo.
